Staging Consultation

• The consultation appointment is scheduled and conducted on site.
• During the appointment, we determine if any vendor/s are needed for any repairs or upgrades. 
• I share staging ideas and plans.
• A staging agreement is drafted and emailed within 3 business days of the scheduled appointment.

     NOTE:  The staging fee is determined mostly by square footage while staying competitive.

Staging  Includes 

• Inventory is provided by DECOR REVAMP.  
• 60 days of rent on the inventory used. 
• A prep, install, removal and restock days.
• A moving truck, gas, milage, supplies and labor on install and removal days.
• A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request.
• Staging minimum is $3500.00.  (This fee is limited to occupied and partial stagings.)

Packing & Transporting

• DECOR REVAMP will schedule a consultation to determine what is needed.
• A projected cost proposal is presented for approval within 1-2 business days of the consultation.
• The projected cost proposal consists of: a truck, gas, labor and supplies.
• A storage facility is locally chosen and prepaid by the client 3 days prior to the scheduled day.
• DECOR REVAMP will pack and transport boxed items and furniture pieces that can not be used in staging to the garage, POD or to a local storage facility prior to the scheduled vendor or staging day.
• $45 per hour for coordinator/driver (minimum 4 hours). 
• $25 per hour per assistant (minimum 4 hours).
• Receipts will be provided.
• A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request.

NOTE:  Family heirlooms or irreplaceable items are not included in this option. 

Vendors

• Each vendor will submit a bid for approval and a signature is required before work 

                   can be scheduled. 

• Estimated cost is determined by the scope of work needed.
• $45 per hour to schedule, coordinate and supervise vendors during repairs and/or upgrades.
